Colorado College Members Involved with the University from March 24 to April 16
Nine students from Colorado College, an American academic institution founded in 1874, began last Monday, March 24, an academic path that will see them attend a specific program developed by the University of the Republic of San Marino and mainly developed in the territory of San Marino until April 16.
Seminars, other types of educational activities and trips dedicated to history, culture and art are planned. Through a series of lessons accredited by the American college, which has included the initiative in its “Off Campus & Global Experiences” service, the nine students will attend in-depth studies on areas such as the institutions of the Titan, tourism and economics, as part of a calendar curated by the teacher Maria Elena D'Amelio in collaboration with Giuseppe Cecere, coordinator of the Department of Human Sciences. They will visit places such as the State Museum and the National Gallery, also participating in guided tours and initiatives dedicated to food and tradition, followed by tutors Sara Chiaruzzi and Marina Tamagnini. Finally, experiences are planned in Venice, Florence, Urbino, San Leo and Bologna.
