Third in Europe among European postgraduate training programs dedicated to sports management, a top-three global ranking based on student satisfaction, and third in the evaluation based on the program's career impact. These are the results recognized by Sport Business International magazine for the International Master's Program in Strategy and Planning of Sports Events and Facilities, offered by the University of the Republic of San Marino in partnership with the University of Parma. This English institution, among the most reliable in the world of sports information and marketing, annually produces a ranking evaluating all initiatives in this sector internationally and has also placed the Titano in fourth place in the ranking that analyzes the value of what was learned during the master's program in subsequent professional development.
Just today, in the classrooms of the World Trade Center campus in Dogana, Fabio Santoro, currently marketing director of the Serie A Football League and a former student in San Marino, took the stage: "It was a life-changing experience. I always enjoy returning to San Marino to share my experience with those who have chosen this program. The opportunity it offers to young people who want to work in the sports business is extraordinary."
Launched in 1996, the master's program has attracted over 450 students and involves 25 participants in each edition, selected from a total of approximately 100 applicants: "It's a demanding program, spanning 20 weeks," explains initiative coordinator Matteo Masini. "The Sport Business International ranking is based on a series of interviews with our former students three years after graduation, which assesses their experiences throughout their career. We rank third in the world in student satisfaction, demonstrating that San Marino and Parma offer a unique experience that will leave a lasting impression on our students."
