The University of the Republic of San Marino, partner of the 18th edition of Nuove Idee Nuove Imprese, a startup contest that rewards innovative business projects, announces the opening of registrations for an initiative aimed at aspiring entrepreneurs and businesses launched in the last 18 months which intend to develop innovative business projects in the provinces of Rimini and Forlì-Cesena, as well as in the Republic of San Marino.
The call for applications will remain open until May 25th.

Awards
- 1 prize: 10.000 Euro + free registration and assistance for two years with Confindustria Romagna or the National Association of San Marino Industry;
- 2 prize: 6.000 Euros + free registration and assistance for two years with Confindustria Romagna or the National Association of San Marino Industry;
- 3 prize: 3.000 Euros + free registration and assistance for two years with Confindustria Romagna or the National Association of San Marino Industry;
Soroptimist International Club of Rimini special award
- Prize worth €5.000 + 6 months of free mentoring and qualified tutorship activity in the legal, notary, accounting, tax and commercial fields by the members of the Soroptimist International Club of Rimini, to be awarded to the best innovative startup made up of only women.
Free training course
The Nuove Idee Nuove Imprese competition is combined with a free training course, coordinated by teachers from the Alma Mater Studiorum – Rimini Campus. The course aims to provide the basic knowledge to create future entrepreneurs, alternating theoretical lessons with practical activities.
In addition to the lessons, competitors will be able to benefit from personalized assistance in developing their business project provided by the teachers. Finally, scientific-training support from Deloitte & Touche SpA is expected on: Economic-financial projections and How to create a successful pitch for the startup.
