"San Marino for All the Senses": The University of San Marino presents projects for visually impaired tourists.

Eight projects designed to enable visually impaired people to appreciate and understand the artworks and main tourist attractions of San Marino. These projects will be on display at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow, Tuesday, September 27, at Palazzo Graziani, with the exhibition of works by students who participated in the workshop "San Marino for All the Senses." The workshop, organized by the Design Degree Programs of the University of the Republic of San Marino, is part of a broader series of initiatives that last July brought together students from across Italy on San Marino.

The workshop focused on expanding San Marino's accessible tourism offerings with projects dedicated to the visually impaired and with a view to inclusive planning. Starting from an analysis of the needs and specificities of the target audience and the identification of the themes and places of greatest tourist interest, projects were developed that aimed to communicate and enhance the Republic's cultural heritage not only through sight, but by synergistically exploiting all the senses.

The exhibition, sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism and in collaboration with the San Marino 2000 Consortium, will be open to the public during the World Tourism Day presentation scheduled for tomorrow at Palazzo Graziani. The projects, developed during the workshop led by Erika Cunico, will include materials such as gadgets, models, guides, and visual-tactile postcards.
