Biographical profile
Fixed-term researcher at the Department of Economics, Society, Politics (DESP) of the University of Urbino Carlo Bo (SECS-P/07), and professor of Business Economics and Accounting I. The main research topics focus on strategic planning and management control, with an analysis of processes and tools for improving organizational performance; on knowledge management and intellectual capital, with a focus on the study of intangible resources, such as knowledge, skills and relationships, and their impact on business performance; on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), exploring the management dynamics and innovative strategies adopted by these companies; and on sustainability and reporting, deepening sustainability practices with particular attention to the sustainability report for the communication of environmental, social and economic impacts.
