Giorgio Dall'Osso

Biographical profile

Graduated in Design at IUAV in Venice in 2013 with an experimental thesis on the design of a structural skin for the human body. Since 2015 he has been a freelancer and collaborates with companies and artisans in the development of product and communication projects.Since 2011 he has collaborated in research and teaching at the University of Bologna, the University of San Marino, the IUAV of Venice, the IAAD., the Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria. In 2021 he obtained the title of PhD in "Architecture and Project Cultures" with an experimental research on the relationship between the human body and emerging technologies entitled "Developments of haptic communication processes between man and machine". Since 2022 he has been a Researcher in Design at the University of the Republic of San Marino. A particular aptitude for manual work and experimentation are the basis of his working method.

Since 2022 he has been a researcher in design at the University of the Republic of San Marino. His research focuses on the relationship between body, space and technology. He is a member of the Advanced Design Unit, a design research group at the University of Bologna. His research interests also focus on basic design and behavior design.
