Biographical profile
Luigi Guerra is Full Professor on leave of Teaching and Special Pedagogy.
For several terms he was Dean of the Faculty of Educational Sciences and Director of the Department of Educational Sciences of the University of Bologna.
He is currently Director of the Department of Human Sciences of the University of San Marino and member of the Board of Directors of the Academy of Sciences of Bologna.
He was a member of the Organizing Committee of the Free University of Bolzano, President of the Scientific Council of the Technical University of Italian Switzerland, President of the Evaluation Unit of the IUL, President of the National Commission for Qualification in the M-PED03 sector.
He is the author of research and publications on pedagogical topics, including: school reform, new technologies in education, services for children, environmental education, theatrical animation, inclusion, civil service …
He has been responsible for national and international research, including several with funding through competitive European tenders, and has coordinated international cooperation and socio-educational intervention projects in various European countries, Palestine and Latin America.
