Paolo Pascucci (Pesaro, 29/11/1954), graduated in Law from the University of Urbino and specialized in Labor and Social Security Law from the University of Bologna, carried out his academic career at the University of Urbino Carlo Bo (Faculty/Department of Law), where he was, always full-time, university researcher (from 01/11/1990 to 28/02/2001), associate professor (from 01/03/2001 to 31/10/2005) and full professor (from 01/11/2005 to 31/10/2025, date of retirement upon reaching the age limit) for the scientific-disciplinary sector IUS/07-Labor Law, now GIUR-04/A.

At the University of Urbino Carlo Bo, from 1993 (the year of his confirmation in his role as researcher) to 2025 (the year of his retirement) he continuously held courses relating to the scientific-disciplinary sector IUS/07-Labour Law, including the teaching of Labor law in the Faculty of Political Sciences from 1993 to 2003.

From 2001 to 2025 he continuously held the fundamental teaching of Labor law in the Faculty and then in the Department of Law.

In addition to Labor law, he also taught at the University of Urbino Training law for employability, Labor and Trade Union Law Laboratory, Individual employment relationship law, Trade union law; Trade union law and public and private work, Industrial relations.

He also taught Labor law e Law on organizational and safety management models internal and external environmental issues within the company at the Polytechnic University of Marche in Ancona, as well as Right of the Sammarinese work at the University of the Republic of San Marino.

In the students' evaluations of his teaching he has always received positive feedback.
