Biographical profile
Domenico Berdicchia is Associate Professor of Business Organization at the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Ferrara, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Organization and Management of Human Resources and Business Organization. He is the Coordinator of the Master's Degree Course in Economics and Management for Value Creation. He has participated in numerous research projects both nationally and internationally. His works have been presented at several international conferences (such as the Academy of Management Conference, EGOS, EURAM) and published in national and international scientific journals (such as Journal of Managerial Psychology, Management Research Review, Review of Managerial Science, Human Performance, Personnel Review, Journal of Management & Organization). His research interests include work organization, proactivity, job crafting, leadership and human resources management.
