Mauro Dini

Biographical profile

Mauro Dini is a Researcher with a Fixed Term (RTT) at the Department of Communication Sciences, Humanities and International Studies (DISCUI) of the University of Urbino Carlo Bo, where he teaches Marketing and Management of Tourism Enterprises. His research focuses on territorial development and tourism, with particular attention to wellness, cultural tourism and sustainability. His studies explore topics such as the role of tourism enterprises in sustainable development, technological innovation in travel agencies, experiential marketing and the importance of environmental certifications in the valorization of destinations. He has recently dealt with wellness tourism in a holistic perspective, proposing it as a conceptual model to interpret the tourism phenomenon, analyzing the role of holidays for the well-being of tourists in an innovative and sustainable perspective. Author of numerous publications in international scientific journals, his works contribute to developing new perspectives in tourism management and marketing.
