Formative articulation
The duration of the course is one year and corresponds to the time frame of the academic year.
Lessons will take place on weekends (Friday afternoon and Saturday morning) for a total of 160 hours, at the headquarters of the San Marino Legal Institute, in Salita alla Rocca 44, San Marino City.
Note: In some exceptional cases, forewarned, one of the lessons of the module could be postponed to Saturday afternoon.
The courses will end with the elaboration and discussion of an individual paper on one of the topics covered, for which a semester of individual study is foreseen.
Those who obtain a positive result in the final interview, the School issues the title of "Advanced training for the profession of Lawyer and Notary" or "Advanced training for the Profession of Accountant and Accounting Expert".
Attendance at least 75% of the lessons held is required for admission to the final interview.
At the end of the courses it will be released to subscribers who have fulfilled the required teaching obligations, including the drafting of the final thesis, a Diploma jointly signed by the Academic Authorities of the "Carlo Bo" Universities of Urbino and San Marino.
At the course they are recognized 40 credits.
To the listeners and those who are not in a position to obtain the diploma will in any case be issued a certificate of attendance.
To those attending the individual modules, and in any case to the applicants who need it, a valid certificate will be issued for the purposes of continuous training.
* The courses of the School entitle to the acquisition of training credits for the purpose of continuing professional training for members of the Register of Lawyers and Notaries, for members of the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts, for members of the ODCEC Trainee Register, and for those enrolled in the Register of Auditors of the Republic of San Marino and in the Register of Italian Lawyers and Notaries.
IV Edition - AY 2015-2016
Formative articulation
The duration of the course is one year and corresponds to the time frame of the academic year.
Lessons will take place on weekends (Friday afternoon and Saturday morning) for a total of 160 hours, at the headquarters of the San Marino Legal Institute, in Via Piana 17 San Marino Città.
Note: In some exceptional cases, forewarned, one of the lessons of the module could be postponed to Saturday afternoon.
The minimum attendance requirement for obtaining the diploma is 75% of the teaching activities.
The courses will end with the elaboration and discussion of an individual paper on one of the topics covered.
At the end of the courses it will be released to subscribers who have fulfilled the educational obligations envisaged, including the drafting of the final thesis, a Diploma jointly signed by the Academic Authorities of the Universities of Urbino and San Marino. The course is recognized for 30 credits.
To the listeners and those who are not in a position to obtain the diploma will in any case be issued a certificate of attendance.
To those attending the individual modules, and in any case to the applicants who need it, a valid certificate will be issued for the purposes of continuous training.

The classic lectures will be accompanied by seminars and practical exercises. The teaching will be inspired as much as possible by the teaching according to which "law is a practical science for the solution of practical problems", so that the casuistic-problematic method will be privileged.
Final thesis
Deadline for completing the final specialization thesis:
- title filing: October 2016
- delivery of the thesis: April 2017
- defense of the thesis: end of May/beginning of June 2017
The thesis must have a minimum of about 50 folders. Attached is the facsimile of the title page.
The student will have to identify a tutor among the teachers on the calendar.

III Edition - AY 2013/2014
Registration for individual modules
Each module (Friday afternoon and Saturday morning) costs €150
note: The modules are accredited for the purpose of in-service training of the Orders of Lawyers, Accountants and Auditors of the RSM at the rate of one per hour.

Those admitted who do not enroll within the deadline will be considered forfeited and the places they have left vacant will be made available to the immediately following suitable candidates in the ranking.

Less asterisk lessons are all paid (for registrations refer to the following fitting instructions)
We also ask you to DO NOT SIGN THE ATTENDANCE SHEETS EXPOSED IN THE CLASS but to register your presence in the appropriate booklet since the screening of the weekly registers requires a lot of time, part of which is used weekly to identify the signatures of the "non-enrolled" by screening the auditors (who are the responsibility of the Institute) from the trainees who have other practices (booklet checked and certified only at the end of the internship).

SAN MARINO LAW SCHOOL 2007/2008
Specialization School in San Marino Law 2007/2008
The Specialization School in San Marino Law is organized in collaboration with the Faculty of Law of the University of Urbino.
It aims to offer specific legal training in all sectors of the San Marino legal system, providing the knowledge and methodological tools necessary to apply the relevant legislation, also in relations with other legal systems and in particular with the Italian one.
The course aims to contribute to the professional preparation of those who carry out their activity in the public administration sector, in the business sector and, of course, in the world of the legal professions.
For graduates of Italian universities, the study of the San Marino legal system can offer a unique experience of high educational value, as well as the practical utility of being able to know and know how to operate with the regulations and legal categories of a "foreign" community that has close relationships with the Italian company

Announcement of competition of the Specialization School in San Marino Law Academic Year 2007/2008
The 9th Cycle of the Specialization School in San Marino Law is activated:
Art. 1. A maximum number of thirty members will be admitted to its attendance.
Art. 2. The following are qualifications for admission to the Postgraduate School of San Marino Law:
a) citizenship of San Marino or Italian or of a country of the European Union;
b) a university degree, even a three-year degree obtained from the faculties of Law, Economics or Political Science.
Graduates in law, political science and economics from foreign universities will also be able to obtain enrolment, if the Scientific Committee decides that the academic curriculum is adequate.
Art. 3. Applications for admission to the Postgraduate School of San Marino Law must be presented or sent to the President of the Scientific Committee at the Department of Legal Studies of the University of the Republic of San Marino – Contrada delle Mura 16, 47890 City – RSM- no later than 14.15 pm on Friday 29 February 2008.
In the application, candidates must specify their name, surname, place and date of birth, domicile or residence for the purposes of mail delivery and declare that they have read and understood this notice of competition.
The following documents produced on unstamped paper and presented in original or in copy certified by the Public Notary must be attached to the application, documents which will not be returned:
a) certificate of citizenship;
b) residence certificate;
c) degree certificate, with specification of the final assessment;
d) list of exams taken.
Failure to attach even just one of the documents indicated will result in the inadmissibility of the application.
The University of the Republic of San Marino declines any and all responsibility for any delays or loss of applications and documents sent by postal service.
Art. 4. If there are more applications for admission than the number of places available, a ranking will be drawn up in accordance with the following priority criteria:
1) San Marino citizenship or residence in the Republic of San Marino;
2) degree mark.
In the event of a further tie, the candidates will be admitted in supernumerary.
Art. 5. The enrollment fee for the School amounts to Euro 520,00 to be paid in installments divided as follows:
• pre-registration Euro 20,00 by 29 February 2008;
• 250,00st installment (Euro 6) by 2008 March XNUMX;
• 250,00nd installment (Euro 30) by 2008 May XNUMX.
Payment must be made by bank transfer made out to: Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino SM 74 ABI 03225 CAB 09800 C/C 220001, Reason: Specialization School in San Marino Law.
Failure to pay the 250,00st installment of Euro 6 by 2008 March XNUMX will result in exclusion from the School, with the subsequent candidate taking over.
Failure to pay the second installment of Euro 250,00 by 30 May 2008 will result in forfeiture of enrollment without the right to a refund.
Art. 6. The lessons are divided into two semesters:
1st semester: from 7 March 2008.
2nd semester: from 30 May 2008 .
Art. 7. The courses taught are the following:
San Marino Common Law I and II (5 CFU.); San Marino Commercial Law I and II (5 CFU.); San Marino Criminal Law I and II (5 CFU.); San Marino Civil Procedure I and II (5 CFU.); San Marino Criminal Procedure I and II (5 CFU.); San Marino Administrative Law I and II (3 CFU.); San Marino Labor Law I and II and San Marino Social Security Law (6 CFU.); San Marino Tax Law I and II (5 CFU.); Family law and religious institutions law in San Marino I and II (6 CFU.); San Marino Constitutional Law I and II (5 CFU.); International and Transnational Relations in the San Marino legal system (5 CFU.); Judicial system (3 CFU.), Human Rights (3 CFU).
Art. 8. At the end of each semester of lessons there is an oral exam on each subject.
The examination committee is made up of the professor of the subject and an expert appointed by the Scientific Committee, on proposal of the same professor.
The test is considered passed with the minimum mark of 18/30 (eighteen/thirtieth).
Make-up exams are allowed for no more than four subjects.
70% attendance of the total amount of lesson hours is required.
Art. 9. Students enrolled in the School of Specialization in San Marino Law who have obtained the minimum grade of 18/30 (eighteen/thirtieths) in all the subjects taught and in good standing with the payment of the installments, will be issued a diploma which entails the acquisition of 61 credits and the recognition of 10 points in the job placement lists of the Republic of San Marino.
Art. 10. The submission of the application presupposes full knowledge and acceptance by the bidders of the rules and provisions contained in this announcement.
