The Multimedia Archive of Sammarinese Memories is divided into two sections: Amateur Films Section (contact Maria Elena D'Amelio) and Writings Section (contact Patrizia Di Luca).
The Multimedia Archive of Sammarinese Memories aims to collect, preserve and disseminate unpublished, private and personal audiovisual and written documentation of the citizens and institutions of Sammarinese, which will be progressively made public and made available through projects and initiatives and will constitute a source of study and research into the memory of the Sammarinese territory.
Research status: The Memory Archive of the Emigration Studies Centre already contains some autobiographical texts and letters, whose theme is in particular the migratory experience; a section of the archive is dedicated to audiovisual testimonies.
Autobiographical memoirs on various subjects were collected in 2020 through the initiative Raccontare San Marino 1921 -2021.
Regarding amateur, private and unpublished films (Home Movies), it is planned to begin the research and collection of film materials throughout the territory of San Marino, involving citizens, private and public bodies and schools of all levels. For example, the lower secondary school already has various audiovisual materials that need to be safeguarded and catalogued.

The Multimedia Archive aims to research, preserve, protect and enhance individual, family and collective memories through the collection of amateur, experimental, independent and documentary films (Home Movies); written texts, in the form of diaries, letters and autobiographical memoirs. The material will be divided into the two sections that make up the Multimedia Archive of Sammarinese memories.
