Subject
The Professional Training Center of San Marino is a consolidated training organization that has been operating for a long time, providing specific professional qualification courses to a large group of young people with different personal and scholastic access skills.
Upon obtaining the qualification (or in any case at the end of the training period) three large categories of young people can be identified:
- those who present characteristics of strong problematicity in terms of personal autonomy and professional competence for which the Republic provides specific forms of support and job placement;
- those who do not present critical issues and have developed positive possibilities of independent entry into the world of work;
- those who, although not falling within the scope of disability or invalidity in general, present personal characteristics of fragility that hinder a significant path to employment.
Learning outcomes
- Carry out a detailed analysis of the personal situation of young people who have graduated from the CFP in recent years with particular reference to their professional placement
- Specifically analyze in qualitative terms the path of placement in the world of work of a significant sample of young people
- To analyze the typology of interventions produced by the public services of San Martino in order to support young people with problems of job placement
