Scientific action line to accompany the Republic of San Marino in strengthening and consolidating the rule of law

Subject

Framing this research in the line of comparative judicial studies and in the empirical analysis of the functioning of the institutions of the rule of law, in a vision anchored to European constitutionalism

Learning outcomes

This line of scientific action would materialize on three vertical tracks:

1. scientific support for regulatory and procedural reforms
2. valorisation in the training of jurists and judges of the knowledge contents developed in point 1, with attention to the theme of the quality of the judge
3. support for the dialogue developed by the RSM with supranational and transnational bodies, in particular for the monitoring profiles, development of indicators and documents as well as for the promotion of a multi-dimensional vision of the rule of law with attention to small States.
