Subject

Legislative Decree 7 July 2022 n.101 (urgent measures for the reorganization of schools also linked to the consequences of the pandemic caused by covid-19 and the demographic decline) provides, among other things:

Art 1

(Urgent administrative and organizational measures for the orderly start of the 2022/2023 school year)

Paragraph 2: Delegated Decree no. 19 of 2017 September 109 “Continuation of the experimentation of multilingualism in the Sammarinese education and training system” is extended for a further school year, as is the figure previously identified through the Selection Notice as coordinator of multilingualism in schools.

Paragraph 4: By the end of the 2022/2023 school year, assessments must be carried out in order to provide the competent bodies with the necessary decision-making elements to sanction their possible inclusion in the school system and related methods. The assessment of the experiments referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3 is the responsibility of the school principals and is part of their path of objectives to be achieved as provided for in article 5 of the Delegated Decree of 25 May 2021 n.94.

On the proposal of the Secretariat of State for Education and Culture, University and Scientific Research, Youth Policies, the Research intends to produce the elements of knowledge necessary to carry out the evaluations referred to in the reported paragraph 4.
