The research aims to reconstruct, starting from the studies already carried out by the Research Centre on Emigration and the existing bibliography, the presence of racially persecuted people in San Marino in the period 1942-1945.
The research period begins in 1942, during which the Law containing provisions on matrimonial matters and the defense of the race was enacted on 17 September 1942 n.33.
The research examines sources preserved in Sammarinese and Italian archives.
