- Create a universal portal on Sammarinese jurisprudence that also contains the doctrine of Sammarinese law
- To make available to the entire professional and scientific community of San Marino and internationally an invaluable tool for those who study and work with Common Law through the Portal of Sammarinese Jurisprudence
- The related conference activity is part of this mission.
Status of works
The work is continuously in progress as the case law is developed each year. In 2023, tax case law was introduced.
The Sammarinese Jurisprudence Portal was created by the IGS and also populated with the legal library (conference proceedings, scientific journals and IGS publications) and is available to all professionals and scholars who wish to register and access it.
