The exam for each course, subject to attendance requirements where applicable, can be taken in the two exam sessions following the academic period in which the lessons were held, or in the September remedial session for all courses in the first and second academic periods.
In order to take the exam related to an educational activity, the student is required to register for the exam session through the online desk page.
Students who are not regularly enrolled will not be able to take exams.
Students must:
- access the online desk page clicking on login and entering the correct user id (lowercase) and Password (uppercase);
- select "Rounds";
- follow the system instructions until the registration is confirmed.
Note The exam registration lists open 15 days before the opening of the relevant session and usually close 3 days before the exam. Booking for the 2nd session is possible only after the exam date of the previous one.
Any problems and/or errors found in the computer system must be promptly reported to the Student Secretariat.
Cancel your exam reservation
Students must:
- access the reserved area by clicking on login and entering the correct user id (lowercase) and Password (uppercase);
- select the "reservation notice board" link in the Exams section;
- select the "delete" icon located in the row of the desired course.
It is possible to cancel the exam booking only when the registration period is open.
Exam sessions - Academic Year 2024/2025
Winter session
At least two exam sessions from 07/01/2025 to 21/02/2025, with at least two weeks between the exam sessions.
Summer session
At least two exam sessions from 09/06/2025 to 25/07/2025, with at least two weeks between the exam sessions.
Autumn session
At least one exam session from 25/08/2025 to 19/09/2025.
Extraordinary sessions for graduating students
Students who have only one exam remaining and who do not have an exam session available in the month preceding the graduation date can request an extraordinary exam session. The request must be submitted by the date indicated on the page graduation sessions and deadlines of their degree course.
Exam sessions - Academic Year 2025/2026
Winter session
At least two exam sessions from 08/01/2026 to 20/02/2026, with at least two weeks between the sessions.
Summer session
At least two exam sessions from 08/06/2026 to 24/07/2026, with at least two weeks between the exam sessions.
Autumn session
At least one exam session from 24/08/2026 to 18/09/2026.
