Exams notice board
Students who intend to register for exam sessions must log in with their credentials at the online student portal.
To view and consult the exam sessions, you can access the following link and enter the data required for the search.
Booking for exams
The exam for each course, subject to attendance requirements where applicable, can be taken in the exam sessions following the academic period in which the lessons were held or in the September remedial session for all courses in the first and second academic periods.
In order to take the exam related to an educational activity, the student is required to register for the exam session through the online desk page.
Students who are not regularly enrolled will not be able to take exams.
Students must:
- access the online student portal clicking on login and entering the correct user id (lowercase) and Password (uppercase);
- select "Rounds";
- follow the system instructions until the registration is confirmed.
Note Exam registration lists open 15 days before the relevant session and generally close 3 days before the exam session. Registration for the second exam session is possible from the day after the previous one.
Any problems and/or errors found in the computer system must be promptly reported to the Student Secretariat.
Cancel your exam reservation
If the student realizes that he or she is unable to attend a scheduled exam, he or she must:
- access the reserved area by clicking on login and entering the correct user id (lowercase) and Password (uppercase);
- select the "reservation notice board" link in the Exams section;
- select the "delete" icon located in the row of the desired course.
You can cancel your exam reservation only during the registration window. After the registration window closes, you must contact the instructor directly to notify them in advance of your absence.
