Academic transcript
From the academic year 2020/2021 the paper academic transcript is no longer given to new enrolled students.
Students have access to a digital academic transcript, which can be consulted on their Esse3 online desk. Students are invited to regularly check for updates and report any missing exam registrations to the relevant teachers.
Badge
The University also issues all students an identification badge which displays the student's photo, the identification number and the degree course in which they are enrolled, allowing students to be easily identified at all times.
The badge must be kept carefully: its loss or theft must be reported to the Student Administration Office. To obtain a duplicate, the student must submit a request to the Student Administration Office.
The cost of the duplicate is
€10,00 to be paid via payment slip issued by the Student Administration Office in the student's reserved Esse3 area.
The duplicate can be collected only after the payment has been made.
