From the academic year 2020/2021 the paper booklet is no longer given to new enrollees.
Students have a digital booklet, which can be consulted on their Esse3 online desk. Students are invited to monitor the updates and report any failure to verbalize them to the relevant teachers.
Badge
The University also issues all students with an identification badge which bears the student's photo, matriculation number, the course of study in which they are enrolled and allows the student to always be identified.
The badge must be kept carefully: its loss or theft must be reported to the Student Secretariat. To obtain a duplicate, the student must request one from the Student Secretariat.
The cost of the duplicate is €10,00 to be paid via payment slip issued by the Student Secretariat in the student's reserved Esse3 area.
The collection of the duplicate is subject to payment of the slip.
