In order to encourage opportunities for continuing and lifelong education, candidates in possesion of the necessary admission requirements for academic courses may be admitted to individual educational activities, up to a maximum total of 40 ECTS credits, over one or more academic years, for each individual degree course (art. 22 of University Teaching Regulations).
If these activities are offered in degree courses with limited enrollment, registration must be previously approved by the relevant Degree Course Council.
Single courses are mainly intended for graduates (Bachelor's or Master's degree), holders of academic qualifications issued according to previous regulations or degrees obtained in other universities, who wish to deepen their knowledge in one or more specific areas for professional or academic reasons.
Students enrolled in individual courses acquire, in accordance with the Educational Regulations, the status of university student and can take the exams associated with the course in which they are enrolled. They will receive certification of the activities attended and the ECTS acquired.
Registration rules for Single Courses for the 2025/2026 academic year
Enrollment applications for individual educational activities, accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document, must be submitted:
- for the 1st semester:
from July 14 to September 12, 2025 - for the 2st semester:
from October 15, 2025 to February 06, 2026
to the Student Administration Office – Viale Onofri, 87 – 47890 San Marino City, Republic of San Marino, or sent by e-mail to segreteriastudenti@unirsm.sm.
Applications are provisionally accepted and submitted for approval by the Course of Study Council.
The Student Administration Office will notify applicants of their admission and provide details for payments method:
- for the 1st semester:
within September 19, 2025 - for the 2st semester:
within February 13, 2026
The fee for each single course is €300,00 for Bachelor's degree courses and €400,00 for Master's degree courses.
Admitted students must complete their enrollment in the individual educational activities within the indicated deadlines, sending the following documents to the Student Administration Office:
- valid identity document;
- 1 digital passport photo;
- copy of the academic qualification;
- payment receipt;
- privacy notice for Students and Careers (MAS 0404), downloadable from the attachment box at the bottom of the page.
