From September 01 to September 15, 2025 it will be possible to enroll in the Teacher Qualification Training Course (for schools in San Marino) by completing the procedure through the reserved area of the online desk.
Instructions for using the online desk page
On the online desk page (esse3):
- Re-enter the on-line desk using the username and password assigned by the system. From the menu select: Secretariat / Enrollment / Standard enrollment / Enrollment in a program with limited admission/ select the desired course and complete the guided procedure;
- At the end of the procedure, print the payment slip (Bollettino Freccia) and pay the first enrollment fee.
Complete enrollment
Candidates must upload the following documents during the enrollment process:
- valid identity document front/back;
- profile picture in passport photo format;
- any certification of disability and/or learning disorder;
- signed Student Data privacy notice (MAS 0404), downloadable from the attachments box at the bottom of the page.
Each document must correspond to a single file. Documents must be uploaded in PDF format (.pdf extension) and the passport photo in JPG format (.jpg extension).
Candidates who graduate by October 15, 2025, must submit a copy of their degree certificate within the week following graduation.
Applications with incomplete documentation will not be accepted.
Payment of the enrollment fee does not constitute definitive enrollment: this must be completed by the Student Administration Office only after receiving and verifying the necessary documents, within the required deadline.
The candidate ranked in a position eligible for admission who does not complete the enrollment by the final deadline of September 15 2025 loses the right to enroll, and the place will be made available to other candidates in descending order of the ranking.
Once the minimum number of registrations has been reached and if places are still available, additional applications will be accepted until the maximum number is reached. Late applications must be submitted between September 16 and October 02, 2025. New candidates will still be subject to the evaluation outlined in Article 4 of the Call for Applications. Following the evaluation and notification to the interested party, enrollment and payment of the enrollment fee must be completed by October 09, 2025. A late fee of €104,00 will be added to the registration fee.
NB. SELF-CERTIFICATIONS OF ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS IN THE REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO HAVE NO LEGAL VALUE (ART. 12, LAW N.159 /2011). IN ORDER TO COMPLETE ENROLLMENT IN ANY DEGREE PROGRAM, AN OFFICIAL CERTIFICATION MUST BE PROVIDED.
Enrollment fees
The total enrollment fee for participants in the Teacher Qualification Training Course (for schools in San Marino) is €2.800,00, broken down as follows:
- €1.500,00= to be paid upon registration (by September 15, 2025);
- €1.300,00= to be paid by January 31, 2026.
The €15,00 graduation fee, must be paid together with the second instalment and in any case by January 31, 2026.
Two Classroom Tutors, selected through interviews conducted by the DSU, will be exempt from paying the second installment of university fees. A prerequisite for participation in the selection process is not having any other employment. Details regarding the Classroom Tutor's tasks will be provided in the Call for Application, which will be sent to all enrolled students by the DSU. The interview date will be communicated prior to the start of the course.
