From September 30 to October 09, 2025 it will be possible to enroll in the XNUMXst level Master's Degree in Communication, Management and New Media, by completing the procedure through the reserved area of the online desk.
Instructions for using the online desk page
On the online desk page (esse3):
- Re-enter the on-line desk using the username and password assigned by the system. From the menu select: Secretariat / Enrollment / Standard enrollment / Enrollment in a program with limited admission/ select the desired course and complete the guided procedure;
- At the end of the procedure proceed with the payment, using the link for online payment by credit card or the downloadable payment slip (Bollettino Freccia).
Complete enrollment
In order to complete the enrollment you need to finalize the registration on the online desk page (Esse3), entering all the requested data and uploading the following documents.
- Valid identity document front/back
- document containing the fiscal code – if not already present on the identity document (If a candidate from San Marino does not have a fiscal code, they can request one from the Italian Embassy in San Marino)
- any certification of disability and/or specific learning disorder;
- Students and Career privacy notice (MAS 0404), downloadable in the attachments box at the bottom of the page;
- profile picture in passport photo format (medium close-up).
Each document must correspond to a single file.
The individual files must be named SURNAME_NAME_(content of the document).
Documents must be uploaded in PDF format (.pdf extension) and the passport photo in JPG format (.jpg extension).
Please note:
The Master will not be activated if the number of enrolled students is insufficient to ensure self-financing. The registration fee will be refunded only in the event of non-activation of the program or exclusion due to lack of requirements. The methods and timing of refund will be communicated directly to the interested parties.
Self-certifications of academic qualifications have no legal value in the Republic of San Marino (art. 12, Law n.159/2011). In order to complete enrollment in any degree course, an official certification must be provided.

Enrollment fees
The total enrollment fee for participants in the Master's program as students is €4.500,00, divided as follows:
- €2.300,00= (1st year) to be paid upon enrollment and no later than October 09, 2025;
- €2.215,00= (2nd year) (including the €15,00 graduation fee) to be paid by October 31, 2026.
A reduced fee is available forclassroom tutors (max. 2) – selected on the basis of merit and actual availability, upon explicit request to be sent to dsu@unirsm.sm. The total amount is € 3.300,00 divided as follows:
- €2.300,00= (1st year) to be paid upon enrollment and no later than October 09, 2025;
- €1.115,00= (2nd year) (including the €15,00 graduation fee) to be paid by October 31, 2026.
The total enrollment fee for participants in the Master as listeners (max 5) is €2.315,00 (including the €15,00 graduation fee), to be paid in a single installment upon enrollment, by October 09, 2025.
The enrollment fee for individual modules is €400,00 per module, to be paid upon confirmation of participation and in any case at least ten days before the start of the module.
