Students who intend to enroll in the Degree Course in Construction and Land Management – Graduate Surveyor – must enroll from July 13 to October 31, 2026 by accessing the online student portal.
It is possible to enroll late even from 1 al 30th November 2026, subsequently paying a late payment of the following amount:
- €52,00 for registrations made between November 1 and November 15;
- €104,00 for registrations made between November 16 and November 30.
Instructions for using the on-line student portal
- Register by entering the requested personal data
- Note down the username and password assigned by the system
- Login
- Proceed with enrollment by selecting the course of study and entering the required data.
Complete enrollment
In order to complete the enrollment you need to finalize the registration on the online desk page (Esse3), entering all the requested data and uploading the following documents.
- Valid identity document front/back
- document containing the fiscal code – if not already present on the identity document (If a candidate from San Marino does not have a fiscal code, they can request one from the Italian Embassy in San Marino)
- high school diploma o a certificate attesting the attainment of the high school diploma with grades, issued by the secretary of the institute/high school (Self-certifications are not accepted). Those who do not yet have this document, must send it via email to the address segreteriastudenti@unirsm.sm, as soon as possible and in any case no later than October 31th of the year of enrollment (November 30 for late enrollments);
- any certification of disability and/or specific learning disorder;
- profile picture in passport photo format (medium close-up).
Each document must correspond to a single file.
The individual files must be named SURNAME_NAME_(content of the document).
Documents must be uploaded in PDF format (.pdf extension) and the passport photo in JPG format (.jpg extension).
During the pre-registration procedure it will be necessary to carry out the choice between the two professions for which one can be qualified at the end of the course of study:
- Graduated surveyor
- Graduate Industrial Expert – Construction, Environment and Territory Section
All regularly pre-enrolled candidates – who have not already attached it during the pre-enrollment phase – must present or send to the Student Office the diploma or a copy of the certificate certifying the achievement of the secondary school leaving certificate with grades, issued by the secretariat of the institute/high school (self-certifications are not valid) as soon as possible, and in any case no later than October 31st of the year of enrollment (November 30th for late enrollments).
Please Note:
Self-certifications of academic qualifications have no legal value in the Republic of San Marino (art. 12, Law n.159/2011). In order to complete enrollment in any degree course, an official certification must be provided.
