Candidates who are usefully placed in the ranking for admission to each round will have to enroll according to the deadlines shown in the table, by completing the pre-registration procedure online through the reserved area of the online desk page of Esse3.
It is indispensable to pay the 1st installment within the same peremptory deadline (this amount will be refunded if the candidate provides certification that he has not passed the final secondary school exam).

Complete enrollment
In order to complete the enrollment procedure you need to finalize the registration on the online desk page (Esse3), entering all the requested data and uploading the following documents:
- if already achieved, high school diploma o a certificate attesting the attainment of the high school diploma with grades, issued by the secretary of the institute/high school (Self-certifications are not accepted).
- document containing the fiscal code (if a candidate from San Marino does not have the fiscal Code it can be requested from the Italian Embassy in San Marino, Viale A. Onofri, 117, San Marino City);
- profile picture in passport photo format (medium close-up).
Each document must correspond to a single file.
The individual files must be named SURNAME_NAME_(content of the document).
Documents must be uploaded in PDF format (.pdf extension) and the passport photo in JPG format (.jpg extension).
The candidate, usefully positioned in the rankings of the first and second round, who has not completed the enrolment within the deadlines indicated in the call for admission is allowed to complete the enrolment only from September 07 to September 14, 2026 in subordinate order to the candidates of the last selection round, only if there are still places available and until they run out.
All pre-enrolled candidates – who have not already attached the high school diploma or a certificate issued by the office of the institute/high school during the pre-enrollment phase – must present or send it to the Student Office as soon as possible, and in any case no later than September 14, 2026..
Please Note:
Self-certifications of academic qualifications have no legal value in the Republic of San Marino (art. 12, Law n.159/2011). In order to complete enrollment in any degree course, an official certification must be provided.
