Enrollment Design

Candidates who are successfully placed in the admission ranking list for each selection round must complete their enrollment according to the deadline indicated in the table, by finalizing the online pre-enrolment procedure through the reserved area of ​​the Esse3 online desk.

It is indispensable to pay the 1st installment within the same peremptory deadline  (this amount will be refunded if the candidate provides certification that he has not passed the final secondary school exam).

Complete enrollment

In order to complete the enrollment procedure you need to finalize the registration on the online desk page (Esse3), entering all the requested data and uploading the following documents:

• high school diploma o a certificate attesting the attainment of the high school diploma with grades, issued by the secretary of the institute/high school (Self-certifications are not accepted).
• document containing the fiscal code (If a candidate from San Marino does not have a fiscal code, they can request one from the Italian Embassy in San Marino);
• any certification of disability and/or specific learning disorder;
• Students and Career privacy notice (MAS 0404), downloadable in the attachments box at the bottom of the page;
• profile picture in passport photo format (medium close-up).

Each document must correspond to a single file.
The individual files must be named SURNAME_NAME_(content of the document).
Documents must be uploaded in PDF format (.pdf extension) and the passport photo in JPG format (.jpg extension).

Candidates, successfully placed in the admission rankings list of the first and second selection rounds, who have not completed the enrollment procedure within the deadlines indicated in the call for application, can complete the enrollment only from September XNUMX to September XNUMX XNUMX, provided that places remain available, and only after candidates from the final round of selection have been considered.

All candidates who have completed pre-enrollment and who have not already submitted during the pre-enrollment phase the high school dipolma or a certificate attesting the achievement of high school diploma with final grade, issued by the secretariat of the institute/high school, must present or send it to the Student Administration Office as soon as possible, and in any case no later than September 18 2025. (Self-certifications are not valid).

Please Note:
Self-certifications of academic qualifications have no legal value in the Republic of San Marino (art. 12, Law n.159/2011). In order to complete enrollment in any degree course, an official certification must be provided.
