Advanced Training Course Enrollment: European Studies

On the online student portal (esse3): 

• Re-enter the online student portal using the username and password assigned by the system. From the menu select: Secretariat / Enrollment / Standard enrollment / Enrollment in a program with limited admission/ select the desired course and complete the guided procedure;
• At the end of the procedure proceed with the payment, using the link for online payment by credit card or the downloadable payment slip (Bollettino Freccia).

In order to complete the enrollment  you need to finalize the registration on the online desk page (Esse3), entering all the requested data and uploading the following documents.

• Valid identity document front/back
• document containing the fiscal code – if not already present on the identity document (If a candidate from San Marino does not have a fiscal code, they can request one from the Italian Embassy in San Marino)
• any certification of disability and/or learning disorder (if not already attached during the pre-registration phase);
• profile picture in passport photo format (medium close-up).

Each document must correspond to a single file.
The individual files must be named SURNAME_NAME_(content of the document).
Documents must be uploaded in PDF format (.pdf extension) and the passport photo in JPG format (.jpg extension).

Nota Bene
The Course will not be activated unless a sufficient number of participants is reached to ensure self-financing. The return of the 1^a university fee will be refunded only in the event of non-activation and exclusion due to lack of requirements. The methods and timing of refund will be communicated directly to the interested parties.

Self-certifications of academic qualifications have no legal value in the Republic of San Marino (art. 12, Law n.159/2011). In order to complete enrollment in any degree course, an official certification must be provided.

 The registration fee for participants in the Course as students is €1.200,00 divided as follows: 

• €840,00= to be paid upon registration and no later than 07 December 2026;
• €375,00= (including a €15,00 fee for obtaining the qualification) to be paid by March 31, 2027.

The registration fee for participants in the Course as auditors (max 5) is €1.200,00= total, to be paid in a single installment upon registration, by December 07, 2026. A €15,00 fee is due for the issue of the certificate of participation.  

  A reduced fee of €900,00= is available for members of the CSdL, CDLS and USL trade unions and for employees of the RSM Foreign Affairs Department, divided as follows:  

• €840,00= to be paid upon registration and no later than 07 December 2026;
• €75,00= (including a €15,00 fee for obtaining the qualification) to be paid by March 31, 2027.

NB: Those wishing to take advantage of the discount must submit proof of membership in the above-mentioned trade unions or a self-certification attesting to their role as employees of the RSM Foreign Affairs Department at the time of registration.

For those who are enrolled in the “Giancarlo Ghironzi” Master's Degree in Geriatric Medicine for the academic years 2025/2026 and 2026/2027, it is possible to enroll in the course paying a reduced fee of €1020,00= total, divided as follows:

• €840,00= to be paid upon registration and no later than 07 December 2026;
• €195,00= (including a €15,00 fee for obtaining the qualification) to be paid by March 31, 2027.

 The registration fee for students and auditors for  individual modules is €150,00=/module, to be paid according to the deadlines and methods indicated by thecourse page (altaformazione@unirsm.sm).
