Enrollment in the Advanced Training Course: Clinical and Forensic Victimology

From June 10 to November 24, 2025 it will be possible to pre-enroll in the Advanced Training Course in Clinical and Forensic Victimology, by completing the procedure through the reserved area of ​​the online desk.

On the online desk page (esse3):

  • Register by entering the requested personal data
  • Note down the username and password assigned by the system
  • Login
  • Proceed with enrollment by selecting the course of study and entering the required data.

In order to complete the enrollment  you need to finalize the registration on the online desk page (Esse3), entering all the requested data and uploading the following documents.

  • Valid identity document front/back
  • document containing the fiscal code – if not already present on the identity document (If a candidate from San Marino does not have a fiscal code, they can request one from the Italian Embassy in San Marino)
  • copy of Degree certificate with final grade in unstamped paper format or a certificate with the list of the exams taken for graduating students.Self-certifications are not accepted);
  • any other relevant qualifications;
  • Curriculum vitae et studiorum (if required);
  • any certification of disability and/or specific learning disorder;
  • Students and Career privacy notice (MAS 0404), downloadable in the attachments box at the bottom of the page;
  • profile picture in passport photo format (medium close-up).

Each document must correspond to a single file.
The individual files must be named SURNAME_NAME_(content of the document).
Documents must be uploaded in PDF format (.pdf extension) and the passport photo in JPG format (.jpg extension).

Please note:

All candidates are admitted with reservation, in relation to the number of available places: the administration will subsequently exclude candidates who are not in possession of the admission qualifications required by this Call for Admission.

The Course will not be activated if a sufficient number of participants is not reached to guarantee self-financing. The return of the 1st installment of the enrollment fee (excluding the administrative charge of € 20,00) will only occur in the event of non-activation of the course. The methods and timing of reimbursement will be communicated directly to the interested parties.

Self-certifications of academic qualifications have no legal value in the Republic of San Marino (art. 12, Law n.159/2011). In order to complete enrollment in any degree course, an official certification must be provided.

The total enrollment fee for participants as students or listeners is  €900,00 divided as follows:

  • €620,00= (including €20,00 administrative charge) to be paid upon registration and no later than 24/11/2025;
  • €315,00= (including €15,00 graduation fee) to be paid by 31/03/2026.

A reduced enrollment fee of €600,00 (to which must be added €20,00 for administrative charge and €15,00 as graduation fee), is available for students enrolled in the a.y. 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 in one of the following UniRSM courses:

  • 1st Level Master in Criminology and Forensic Psychiatry
  • 2nd Level Master in Geriatric Medicine “Giancarlo Ghironzi”

The enrollment fee for individual modules  is €150,00 per module, to be paid according to the deadlines and methods indicated by the course.
