Qualifying course
From __________ to February 17, 2027 enrollment in the Course enabling the practice of the profession of Professional Trustee can be carried out by completing the procedure through the reserved area of the online service.
Instructions for using the online student portal
On the online student portal (esse3):
- Register by entering the required personal data;
- Write down the username and password assigned by the system. Log in;
- Proceed with enrollment by selecting the course of study and entering the required data.
Complete enrollment
To complete your enrollment, you must complete the enrollment procedure on the Esse3 online portal, completing your information and uploading the following documents:
- valid identity document front/back;
- certificate attesting to completed studies (also a copy - self-certification is not permitted);
- curriculum Vitae and Studiorum where studies and professional experiences related to the topics and aims of the course are specified;
- Copy of residence permit (for non-EU citizens);
- Any other relevant qualifications;
- Any other relevant documents or certificates;
Each document must correspond to a single file. Documents must be sent in pdf format (.pdf extension).
Applications with incomplete documentation will not be accepted.
PS. With reference to the CBSM Regulation n.2026-01 art. 19 Please note that those who fall within the categories listed in the aforementioned article may enroll in the Qualifying Course for the 40 hours of teaching required to begin the application process for registration in the Register, without having to take the final exam. A certificate of attendance will be issued.
Enrollment fees
The enrollment fee for participants in the Course as students is €1.520,00, to be paid in a single installment upon registration and no later than February 17, 2027.
The entry fee for the individual modules amounts to €150,00 per module, to be paid upon confirmation of participation and in any case at least ten days before the start date of the module.
A fee of is expected €15,00 as a practice fee for obtaining a qualification to be paid by 31 May 2027.

Refresher course
