Students who intend to enroll in the master's degree course in Civil Engineering must enroll from July 14 to December 31, 2025 by accessing the online desk page.
Enrollment requirements
Degree required:first level degree, or another academic qualification obtained abroad recognized as valid, with a final grade not lower than 85/110.
Evaluation of the initial preparation: compulsory through registration on the online desk page.
Students who declare that they will obtain the required degree by the end of 2025 may also submit a request for evaluation provided that enrollment must be completed by December 31, 2025, only after the degree has been obtained.
Procedure for preventive evaluation
To apply for evaluation, students must access the online desk page (Esse3), open the MENU, click on Request for Preventive Evaluation and complete the procedure by filling in all the required fields.
During the procedure, graduates will be required to attach a degree certificate (with exams passed and related CFU and SSD) and those about to graduate will be required to attach a certificate with exams taken (again with related CFU and SSD).
The request for evaluation can be submitted from July 14 to December 05, 2025.
It will be possible to verify approval by accessing the page dedicated to Preventive Evaluation Requests, checking the box State. When the application is approved it will be possible to continue with registration.
Enrollment procedure
Once the preliminary evaluation has been approved, it will be possible to complete the enrollment procedure on the online desk page, from July 14 to December 31, 2025, by filling in the data and uploading the following documents:
- Valid identity document front/back
- document containing the fiscal code – if not already present on the identity document (If a candidate from San Marino does not have a fiscal code, they can request one from the Italian Embassy in San Marino)
- copy of Degree certificate with list of exams taken or degree parchment (Self-certifications are not accepted); those who have not yet obtained the qualification can send the certificate by December 31;
- any certification of disability and/or specific learning disorder;
- Students and Career privacy notice (MAS 0404), downloadable in the attachments box at the bottom of the page;
- profile picture in passport photo format (medium close-up).
Each document must correspond to a single file.
The individual files must be named SURNAME_NAME_(content of the document).
Documents must be uploaded in PDF format (.pdf extension) and the passport photo in JPG format (.jpg extension).
Please Note:
Self-certifications of academic qualifications have no legal value in the Republic of San Marino (art. 12, Law n.159/2011). In order to complete enrollment in any degree course, an official certification must be provided.
In the event that the evaluation is not positive, students must comply with instructions provided in the communication.
The deadline for the payment of the 1st installment of university fees, without surtax, is set for December 31 2025.
Enrolment in the Master's Degree course can also be done under reserve by students who will graduate within the last available session for their academic year (normally by March 2026). Students enrolled “under reserve” cannot take exams of the Master's Degree Course until they have obtained the Bachelor's Degree. They are also required to pay the 1st installment of the tuition fees by the same deadline of December 31, 2025 and January 31, 2026, with a late payment interest in case of delayed payment.
