Students who intend to enroll in the Degree Course in Environmental Engineering - Anti-Seismic Engineering and Environmental Sustainability curriculum - must enroll from 14 July to 31 October 2025 connecting to the online desk.
It is possible to enroll late even from 1 al 30th November 2025, subsequently paying a late payment of the following amount:
- €52,00 for registrations made between 1st and 15th November;
- €104,00 for registrations made between 16th and 30th November.
Instructions for using the online counter
- Register by entering the requested personal data
- Make a note of the username and password assigned by the system
- Login
- Proceed with enrollment by selecting the course of study and entering the required data.
Complete enrollment
For complete the enrollment you need to complete the registration procedure on the Esse3 online counter, completing the data and uploading the following documents:
- identity document valid front/back
- document containing the Tax code – if not already present on the identity document (San Marino candidates who do not have one can request it at the Italian Embassy in San Marino);
- diploma o replacement certificate certifying the achievement of the high school diploma with a grade, issued by the secretary of the institute/high school (self-certifications are not valid). Those who do not yet have it must send the document by email to the address segreteriastudenti@unirsm.sm, as soon as possible and in any case no later than October 31, 2025 (November 30, 2025 for late registrations);
- possible certification of disability and/or learning disorder conditions;
- privacy policy Students and Career (MAS 0404), downloadable in the attachments box at the bottom of the page;
- profile picture in the form of a passport photo (half-length).
Each document must correspond to a single file.
The individual files must be named SURNAME_NAME_(content of the document).
Documents must be uploaded in PDF format (.pdf extension) and the passport photo in JPG format (.jpg extension).
All regularly pre-enrolled candidates – who have not already attached it during the pre-enrollment phase – must present or send to the Student Secretariat the diploma or a copy of the certificate attesting to the achievement of the high school diploma with grades, issued by the secretariat of the institute/high school (self-certifications are not valid) as soon as possible, and in any case no later than the 31 October 2025 (November 30, 2025 for late registrations).
Nota Bene
Self-certifications for educational qualifications in the Republic of San Marino have no legal value (art. 12, Law n.159/2011). For the purposes of enrollment in the various courses of study, a suitable certification must therefore be produced.
