Students who intend to enroll in the Degree Course in Environmental Engineering - Anti-Seismic and Environmental Sustainability curriculum - must enroll from July 14 to October 31 2025 by accessing the online desk.
It is possible to enroll late from November 1 to November 30, 2025, paying a late payment interest of the following amount:
- €52,00 for registrations made between November 1 and November 15;
- €104,00 for registrations made between November 16 and November 30.
Instructions for using the on-line helpdesk
- Register by entering the requested personal data
- Note down the username and password assigned by the system
- Login
- Proceed with enrollment by selecting the course of study and entering the required data.
Complete enrollment
In order to complete the enrollment you need to finalize the registration on the online desk page (Esse3), entering all the requested data and uploading the following documents.
- Valid identity document front/back
- document containing the fiscal code – if not already present on the identity document (If a candidate from San Marino does not have a fiscal code, they can request one from the Italian Embassy in San Marino)
- high school diploma o a certificate attesting the attainment of the high school diploma with grades, issued by the secretary of the institute/high school (Self-certifications are not accepted). Those who do not yet have this document, must send it via email to the address segreteriastudenti@unirsm.sm, as soon as possible and in any case no later than October 31, 2025 (November 30, 2025 for late registrations);
- any certification of disability and/or specific learning disorder;
- Students and Career privacy notice (MAS 0404), downloadable in the attachments box at the bottom of the page;
- profile picture in passport photo format (medium close-up).
Each document must correspond to a single file.
The individual files must be named SURNAME_NAME_(content of the document).
Documents must be uploaded in PDF format (.pdf extension) and the passport photo in JPG format (.jpg extension).
All candidates who have completed pre-enrollment and who have not already submitted during the pre-enrollment phase the high school diploma or a certificate attesting the achievement of high school diploma with final grade, issued by the secretariat of the institute/high school, must present or send it to the Student Administration Office as soon as possible, and in any case no later than October 31, 2025. (November 30, 2025 for late registrations). Self-certifications are not valid.
Please Note:
Self-certifications of academic qualifications have no legal value in the Republic of San Marino (art. 12, Law n.159/2011). In order to complete enrollment in any degree course, an official certification must be provided.
