Students who intend to enroll in the master's degree course in Management Engineering must enroll from July 13 to December 31, 2026 by accessing the online student portal.
Enrollment requirements
Degree required:first level degree, or another academic qualification obtained abroad recognized as valid, with a final grade no lower than 85/110.
Evaluation of the initial preparation: compulsory through registration on the online desk page.
They can submit evaluation request even students who declare that they will obtain the required qualification by 2026, it being understood that enrollment must be completed by December 31, 2026 only after obtaining the degree.
Procedure for preventive evaluation
To apply for evaluation, students must access the online student portal (Esse3), open the MENU, click on Request for Preventive Evaluation and complete the procedure by filling in all the required fields.
During the procedure, graduates will be required to attach a degree certificate (with exams passed and related CFU and SSD) and those about to graduate will be required to attach a certificate with exams taken (again with related CFU and SSD).
The evaluation request can be made from July 14 to December 04, 2026.
It will be possible to verify approval by accessing the page dedicated to Preventive Evaluation Requests, checking the box Status. When the application is approved it will be possible to continue with registration.
Enrollment procedure
Once the preliminary assessment has been approved it will be possible, since 13 July to December 31, 2026, complete the pre-registration procedure through the online student portal and complete the registration by filling in your details and uploading the following documents:
- Valid identity document front/back
- document containing the fiscal code – if not already present on the identity document (If a candidate from San Marino does not have a fiscal code, they can request one from the Italian Embassy in San Marino)
- copy of Degree certificate with list of exams taken or diploma (Self-certifications are not accepted); those who have not yet obtained the qualification can send the certificate by December 31;
- any certification of disability and/or specific learning disorder;
- profile picture in passport photo format (medium close-up).
Each document must correspond to a single file.
The individual files must be named SURNAME_NAME_(content of the document).
Documents must be uploaded in PDF format (.pdf extension) and the passport photo in JPG format (.jpg extension).
Please Note:
Self-certifications of academic qualifications have no legal value in the Republic of San Marino (art. 12, Law n.159/2011). In order to complete enrollment in any degree course, an official certification must be provided.
In the event that the evaluation is not positive, students must comply with instructions provided in the communication.
The deadline for the payment of the 1st instalment of university fees, without surcharge, is set at December 31, 2026.
Enrolment in the Master's Degree course can also be done in the following way: “with reservation” by students who graduate within the last available session relating to their academic year (normally by March 2027). Students enrolled "with reservation" cannot take exams for the Master's Degree Course until they have obtained their Bachelor's Degree and will be required to pay the first installment of the fees. tuition fees by the same deadline of December 31, 2026, and January 31, 2027, with the application of a penalty fee if paid late.
