Advanced Training Course enrollment: Learning Specialist for SLD and other SEN

On the online student portal (esse3): 

• Re-enter the online student portal using the username and password assigned by the system. From the menu select: Secretariat / Enrollment / Standard enrollment / Enrollment in a program with limited admission/ select the desired course and complete the guided procedure;
• At the end of the procedure proceed with the payment, using the link for online payment by credit card or the downloadable payment slip (Bollettino Freccia).

In order to complete the enrollment  you need to finalize the registration on the online desk page (Esse3), entering all the requested data and uploading the following documents.

• Valid identity document front/back
• document containing the fiscal code – if not already present on the identity document (If a candidate from San Marino does not have a fiscal code, they can request one from the Italian Embassy in San Marino)
• any certification of disability and/or learning disorder (if not already attached during the pre-registration phase);
• profile picture in passport photo format (medium close-up).

Each document must correspond to a single file.
The individual files must be named SURNAME_NAME_(content of the document).
Documents must be uploaded in PDF format (.pdf extension) and the passport photo in JPG format (.jpg extension).

Nota Bene
The Course will not be activated unless a sufficient number of participants is reached to ensure self-financing. The return of the 1^a university fee will be refunded only in the event of non-activation and exclusion due to lack of requirements. The methods and timing of refund will be communicated directly to the interested parties.

Self-certifications of academic qualifications have no legal value in the Republic of San Marino (art. 12, Law n.159/2011). In order to complete enrollment in any degree course, an official certification must be provided.

 The university fee for participants in the Course as students is €1.600,00 divided as follows: 

• €900,00= to be paid upon enrollment and no later than September 20, 2026;
• €350,00= to be paid by November 30, 2026;
• €350,00= to be paid by March 31, 2027 by payment slip or credit card on the UNIRSM platform or by Carta del Docente via the AID website;
• €15,00= (fee for obtaining the qualification) to be paid by March 31, 2027.

A reduced fee of €1.550,00= is available for a maximum of 10 AID members, divided as follows:

• €900,00= to be paid upon enrollment and no later than September 20, 2026;
• €350,00= to be paid by November 30, 2026;
• €300,00= to be paid by March 31, 2027 by payment slip or credit card on the UNIRSM platform or by Carta del Docente via the AID website;
• €15,00= (fee for obtaining the qualification) to be paid by March 31, 2027.

Note: Those wishing to take advantage of the discount must submit documentation certifying the AID membership during the pre-registration process. The reduced fee will be awarded to the first 10 AID members in order of pre-registration.

There is also a reduced fee for classroom tutor (max. 2) – selected on the basis of merit criteria and effective availability upon explicit request to be sent to dsu@unirsm.sm – determined in €900,00 = total, divided as follows:

• €900,00= to be paid upon enrollment and no later than September 20, 2026;
• €15,00= (fee for obtaining the qualification) to be paid by March 31, 2027.
