From September 18 to October 02 2023 it will be possible to pre-enroll in the training course enabling teaching in the lower middle school and in the upper secondary school, to teach the English language in the elementary school and physical education in schools of all levels in the Republic of San Marino, through the online desk.
Instructions for using the online counter
On the page of online counter(esse3) proceed as indicated below to pre-register for the Advanced Training Course
- register by entering the requested personal data;
- write down the username and password assigned by the system;
- login;
- click secretariat/admission test to register for the Teaching qualification course, entering the requested data;
- print the application form and the slip at the end of the procedure.
Complete the pre-registration procedure
To complete the online pre-registration procedure is indispensable provide for payment of €20,00= in half arrow bulletin, printable at the end of the pre-registration procedure or from the on-line desk/administration/payments. The Freccia bulletin can be paid at banks and at the offices associated with Banca ITBSpA, within the deadline 02 October 2023.
The pre-registration number assigned by the system is contained in the application form.
After registering and paying, the candidate must send in digital format via email to segreteriastudenti@unirsm.sm or via certified email ss.unirsm@pec.cloud or via registered electronic mail T-Notice re-ss@unirsm .sm the following documentation, specifying in the object "Pre-registration TFA - 23/24, surname, first name and pre-registration number":
- duly signed and printed application form;
- copy of the payment receipt of the contribution of €20,00=;
- curriculum vitae and studiorum;
- copy of the degree certificate or, for qualifications being awarded by the established date, the certificate certifying the exams taken (art.17 – Law n.159 of 05/10/2011) with attached copy of the degree application (not self-certifications are allowed);
- certificate of citizenship or residence (or self-certification (art.12 – Law n.159 of 05/10/2011);
- signed copy of an identity document (front and back).
Each document must correspond to a single file.
The documents must be named and sent in PDF format (.pdf extension).
The documents listed above must be received no later than 02 October 2023.
Admission to the course
Admission to the training course will take place on the basis of the examination of the documentation presented and the compatibility of the qualifications with the chairs provided for in the San Marino school system covered by this Notice, by the Course Director. In the event that the number of candidates exceeds the maximum number foreseen, priority will be given to candidates already in possession of the qualification at the time of the pre-registration deadline and, subordinately, to the candidate with the highest degree score. For candidates who will obtain the qualification by 15 November 2023 (start date of the course), the weighted average of the certified exams passed will be taken into consideration.
The person in charge of the selection procedure is identified in the person of the Course Director.
The list of admitted candidates will be published on the page of registrations starting from 05 October 2023.
