From August 4 to August 26, 2025 it will be possible to pre-register for the teacher training course, enabling teaching in middle school and in high school, teaching English language in elementary school and physical education in schools of all levels in the Republic of San Marino, through the online desk.
Instructions for using the on-line helpdesk
On the online desk page (Esse3) proceed as indicated below to pre-register for the Teacher Training Course:
- Register by entering the requested personal data;
- Note down the username and password assigned by the system;
- Login;
- Click on secretariat/admission test to register for the Teaching qualification course, entering the requested data;
Complete the pre-registration procedure
To complete the online pre-registration procedure, it is indispensable to pay €20,00 using the link (online payment by credit card) or the downloadable payment slip (Bollettino Freccia) available at online portal/secretariat/payments. The payment slip (Bollettino Freccia) can be paid at bank institutions and at the offices associated with Banca ITBSpA, within the deadline August 26, 2025.
Note down the pre-registration number assigned by the system (viewable on the registration summary page and at the bottom of the admission application form, downloadable at the end of the procedure – see number, date and time of application submission)
During the pre-registration procedure, it will be necessary to upload the following documents:
- valid identity document front/back;
- Certificate of citizenship or residence (or self-certification according to Article 12 – Law no. 159 of 05/10/2011)
- Degree certificate or transcript of exams taken, accompanied by a copy of the graduation application, by the established deadline of October 15, 2025 (copies are also accepted – Article 17 – Law No. 159 of 05/10/2011). Self-certifications are not accepted.
- curriculum vitae and studiorum;
Each document must correspond to a single file.
Documents must be named and sent in PDF format (.pdf extension) by August 26 2025.
Any disabilities and/or specific learning disorders must be reported at the time of pre-registration by sending an email to inclusione@unirsm.sm, accompanied by appropriate certification.
Admission to the course
Admission to the training course will be based on the evaluation of the documentation submitted, in order to verify its completeness and regularity, as well as compliance with the requirements outlined in Article 2 of the Call for Applications, under the responsibility of the Course Director. If the number of applicants exceeds the maximum number of available places, priority will be given to candidates who already have the required degree at the time of the pre-enrollment deadline. Subsequently, priority will be given to candidates with the highest final degree grade. For candidates who will obtain their degree by October 15, 2025 (course start date), the weighted average of certified exam grades will be taken into account.
The person in charge of the selection procedure is identified in the person of the Master's Director.
The admission ranking list will be published on the Enrollment page by September 01, 2025
