Instructions for using the on-line helpdesk
On the online desk page (esse3) proceed as follows to pre-enroll for the degree course:
- Register by entering the requested personal data
- Make a note of the username and password assigned by the system
- Login
- Click voicemail | admission test to register for the Master's Degree in Design by entering the required data. During the pre-registration procedure, the upload of the following documents will be mandatory:
- identity document valid front/back;
- curriculum vitae and studiorum (downloadable form at the bottom of the page);
- degree certificate (for graduate students) or another qualification obtained abroad recognized as suitable, showing the final mark, the exams taken, the indication of the credits acquired and the Scientific Disciplinary Sectors (SSD). The foreign certificate must be translated and legalized at the relevant Italian consular office. Self-certifications are not allowed.

- Portfolio staff in PDF format, with the following characteristics:
* screen reading quality
* RGB
* any images at 150 dpi
* A4 landscape format
* maximum file size 20MB - Make a note of it pre-registration number assigned by the system (viewable in the registration summary screen and in the last line of the admission application, downloadable at the end of the procedure – see number, date and time of application submission)
PS. If you do not have any of the required documents when completing the procedure, you can upload them later by accessing the same procedure again and clicking – at the bottom of the summary page – on the “modify evaluation titles” button.
Complete the pre-registration
To complete the online pre-registration procedure is indispensable provide for payment di €50,00, using the link (online payment by credit card) or the arrow payment slip downloadable from the online counter/secretariat/payments. Payment must be made within the deadline indicated in the notice.
If the San Marino candidate is not in possession of the fiscal Code, he can request it from the Italian Embassy in San Marino, Viale A. Onofri, 117, San Marino City.
Any disabilities and/or specific learning disorders must be reported at the time of pre-registration by sending an email to inclusion@unirsm.sm, accompanied by appropriate certification.
Admission test
The interviews for each round will take place exclusively online (on platform Microsoft TEAMS) in the dates indicated in the table, starting at 09:30.
Il interview schedule will be published in this page the day before each selection round.
Candidates will have to connect for identification procedures within 09: 00 hours, having with him:
- document valid recognition
- receipt of the payment of the pre-registration fee of €50,00
The evaluation of the test now (duration of the interview, approximately 10/15 minutes) consists of the following evaluation criteria:
- Material delivered (60%)
- Presentation of personal profile and portfolio during the motivational interview (40%)
The minimum overall eligibility score is set at 25/100.
Candidates whose mother tongue is not Italian must demonstrate during the interview that they possess adequate Italian language skills.
