Instructions for using the on-line helpdesk
On the online desk page (esse3) proceed as indicated below to pre-enroll for the degree course
- Register by entering the requested personal data
- Make a note of the username and password assigned by the system
- Login
- Click on secretariat/admission test to register for the Bachelor's Degree in Design competition, entering the requested data. During the pre-registration procedure, it will be mandatory to upload the following documents:
- identity document valid front/back; - Make a note of it pre-registration number assigned by the system (viewable in the registration summary screen and in the last line of the admission application, downloadable at the end of the procedure – see number, date and time of application submission)
PS. If at the time of completing the procedure some document is not available, it is possible to upload it later, by accessing the same procedure again and clicking – at the bottom of the summary page – on the button “modify evaluation titles”.
Complete the pre-registration
To complete the online pre-registration procedure is indispensable provide for payment di €50,00, using the link (online payment by credit card) or the arrow payment slip downloadable from the online counter/secretariat/payments. Payment must be made within the deadline indicated in the notice.
If the San Marino candidate is not in possession of the fiscal Code, he can request it from the Italian Embassy in San Marino, Viale A. Onofri, 117, San Marino City.
The candidates already enrolled in other universities they must also send to segreteriastudenti@unirsm.sm, within and no later than the deadline for pre-registration for the relevant selection round, specifying in the subject "DI career assessment - surname and name":
- the application for career evaluation (downloadable form at the bottom of the page);
- the enrollment certificate with the exams taken with an indication of the credits and scientific-disciplinary sectors (self-certification is not permitted).
Any disabilities and/or specific learning disorders must be reported at the time of pre-registration by sending an email to inclusion@unirsm.sm, accompanied by appropriate certification.
Admission test
The admission test for each round will take place at the Degree Course headquarters, Ancient Monastery of Santa Chiara – Contrada Omerelli 20, 47890 – City of San Marino, starting from 10.00 (graphic test) and from 14 (interviews) until all candidates are filled according to the pre-registration order (thedefinitive list of interviews will be published on this page within the deadlines shown in the table).
All candidates must present themselves at the same office for identification procedures at 09.00 on the day of the test, bringing with him:
- document valid recognition
- receipt of the payment of the pre-registration fee of €50,00
The evaluation of the test now takes into account the following criteria:
- evaluation of the graphic test: coherence with the proposed theme and conceptualization ability (50%), ability to represent graphically (20%), personal interpretation ability (30%)
- evaluation of the interview: curriculum vitae, possible analogue and/or digital portfolio, presentation skills, effectiveness of communication (33%), ability to argue interests (33%) and motivations that lead to undertaking design studies (34%)
The minimum overall eligibility score is set at 25/100.
NB Foreign qualifications must be translated, legalized and accompanied by a declaration of value by the competent Italian diplomatic missions. Candidates whose mother tongue is not Italian must demonstrate during the interview that they possess adequate Italian language skills.
