From May 27th to October 04th 2024 it will be possible to pre-register for the II level Master's degree in "Management practices in Public Administration".
Instructions for using the on-line helpdesk
On the online desk page (Esse3) proceed as inticated below to pre-register for the Specialization Course:
- Register by entering the requested personal data
- Note down the username and password assigned by the system
- Login
- Click secretariat/admission test to register for the II level Master in "Management practices in the Public Administration" admission test, by entering the requested data.
- Print the application form and the payment slip (Bollettino Freccia) at the end of the procedure
Complete the pre-registration procedure
To complete the online pre-registration procedure, it is indispensable to pay €20,00 using the downloadable payment slip (Bollettino Freccia) available at the end of the pre-registration procedure or at online portal/secretariat/payments.
The payment slip (Bollettino Freccia) can be paid at bank institutions and at the offices associated with Banca ITBSpA, within the deadline
October 04, 2024.
The pre-registration number assigned by the system is contained in the application form.
After registering and paying, the candidate must send in digital format to the email address segreteriastudenti@unirsm.sm or to the certified mail address ss.unirsm@pec.cloud the following documents, specifying in the subject line "MMPA/24 - Surname, first name and pre-registration number":
- duly signed and printed application form;
- copy of the payment receipt of the €20,00 contribution;
- copy of the degree certificate with final grade in unstamped paper format or, a certificate with the list of the exams taken for graduating students. Self-certifications are not accepted.);
- curriculum vitae and studiorum;
- any other relevant qualifications;
- copy of an identity document (front and back).
Each document must correspond to a single file.
Documents must be named and sent in PDF format (.pdf extension).
Any disabilities and/or specific learning disorders must be reported at the time of pre-registration by sending an email to inclusione@unirsm.sm, accompanied by appropriate certification.
The documents listed above must be received no later than October 04, 2024.
If a candidate from San Marino does not have a fiscal code, they can request one from the Italian Embassy in San Marino, located at Viale A. Onofri, 117, San Marino City.
Master admission
Admission to the Master will be based on the order in which applications are received and subject to a positive evaluation by the Selection Committee based on the submitted documentation.
The person in charge of the selection procedure is identified in the person of the Master's Director.
The admission ranking list will be published on the Enrollment page starting from October 08,2024.
