From July 17 to September 05, 2024 it will be possible to pre-register for the specialization course for educational support and inclusion, through the online desk
Instructions for using the on-line helpdesk
On the online desk page (Esse3) proceed as inticated below to pre-register for the Specialization Course:
- Register by entering the requested personal data
- Note down the username and password assigned by the system
- Login
- Click on secretariat/admission test to register for the Specialization course for teaching support and inclusion.
Complete the pre-registration procedure
To complete the online pre-registration procedure, it is indispensable to pay €20,00 using the link (online payment by credit card) or the downloadable payment slip (Bollettino Freccia) available at online portal/secretariat/payments.
The payment slip (Bollettino Freccia) can be paid at bank institutions and at the offices associated with Banca ITBSpA, within the deadline
September 05, 2024.
The pre-registration number assigned by the system is contained in the application form.
The candidate, when completing the online pre-registration form, must upload the following files:
– valid identity document;
- degree certificate or exams taken accompanied by a copy of the graduation application (the degree exam must be taken by 12 October 2024) (copies are accepted - art. 17 - Law 5/10/2011 n. 159 ). Self-certifications are not accepted;
– Curriculum Vitae and Studiorum;
– certificate of citizenship or residence (or self-certification according to art.12 - Law 5/10/2011 n. 159);
– teaching qualification certificate (if obtained);
Any disabilities and/or specific learning disorders must be reported at the time of pre-enrolment and by sending an email to inclusione@unirsm.sm, accompanied by suitable certification.
Admission to the Course
Admission to the training course will be subject to a selection process carried out by the course director based on the submitted documentation and the compatibility of academic qualifications with the teaching position provided for by the San Marino school system as outlined in this call for applications.
The admission ranking list will be available as a notice on the page of the Student administration Office, starting from September 11 2024.
NB: THE AUTOMATIC RESPONSE OF THE TICKET SYSTEM AVAILABLE TO THE MAIL ADDRESS OF THE SECRETARIAT IS TO BE CONSIDERED A CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT OF THE DOCUMENTATION.
The admission ranking list will be published September 11, 2024 on the Enrollment page and will have the value of official communication to the interested parties.
