From May 27, 2024 to January 24, 2025 it will be possible to enroll in the Advanced Training Course in Learning Specialist for SLD and other SEN. There are discounts for AID members and 1 scholarship which covers the entire course.
Instructions for using the on-line helpdesk
On the online desk page (Esse4) proceed as indicated below:
- Register by entering the requested personal data;
- At the end you will receive an email containing a link to confirm and make the pre-registration effective (check that it has not been diverted to your spam or junk email folder);
- Once you return to the online desk, select in Courses and Events: Advanced training course in Learning Specialist for SLD and other SEN;
- Confirm registration;
- Print the payment slip (Bollettino Freccia) generated by the system.
Complete the pre-registration procedure
To complete the online pre-registration procedure, it is indispensable to pay €20,00 using the link (online payment by credit card) or the downloadable payment slip (Bollettino Freccia) available at online portal/secretariat/payments.
The payment slip (Bollettino Freccia) can be paid at bank institutions and at the offices associated with Banca ITBSpA, within the deadline
January 24 2025.
After registering and paying, the candidate must send in digital format to the email address segreteriastudenti@unirsm.sm or to the certified mail address ss.unirsm@pec.cloud the following documentation, specifying in the subject line “CAF TDA/24 – Surname, name”:
- cover letter from the candidate explaining the reasons why they are interested in following the course;
- copy of the payment receipt of the €20,00 contribution;
- copy of the degree certificate with final grade in unstamped paper format or, a certificate with the list of the exams taken for graduating students. (Self-certifications are not accepted.);
- curriculum Vitae and Studiorum where studies and professional experiences related to the topics and aims of the course are specified;
- signed copy of a valid identity document;
- any other qualifications, documents or certificates.
Each document must correspond to a single file.
Documents must be named and sent in PDF format (.pdf extension).
Please Note:Foreign qualifications must be translated, legalized and accompanied by a declaration of value by the competent Italian diplomatic authorities. Candidates whose mother tongue is not Italian must take an Italian language test. The test will take place on the same day after the admission test.
Any disabilities and/or specific learning disorders must be reported at the time of pre-registration by sending an email to inclusione@unirsm.sm, accompanied by appropriate certification.
The documents listed above must be received no later than January 24, 2025.

Admission to the CAF
Admission to the Higher Education Course is subject to a positive evaluation by the Selection Committee, based on the evaluation of the documentation submitted.
The list of admitted candidates will be published on this page on January 27, 2025.
For organizational reasons, the Student Administration Office will not be able to confirm the reception of the documents by telephone. Therefore, you are kindly asked to use the confirmation system available among the email functionalities. The receipt of documents will, in any case, be confirmed by the automatic email generated when a ticket is opened.
