The registration fee for participants as students or listeners is €1.200,00 divided as follows:
- €920,00= (including €20,00 administrative charge) to be paid upon registration and no later than 24/11/2025;
- €315,00= (including €15,00 graduation fee) to be paid by 31/05/2026.
A reduced enrollment fee of €900,00 (to which must be added €20,00 for administrative charge and €15,00 as a graduation fee), is available for students enrolled in the a.y. 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 in one of the following UniRSM courses:
- 1st Level Master in Criminology and Forensic Psychiatry
- 2nd Level Master in Geriatric Medicine “Giancarlo Ghironzi”
- Sammarinese School for Legal and Economic Professions
A reduced registration fee is foreseen, always determined in €900,00= total (to which €20,00 of practice fee and €15,00 of qualification achievement fee must be added), for operators and members of the Democratic Confederation of Sammarinese Workers (CDLS), to the Sammarinese Confederation of Labour (CSdL) and to the Sammarinese Workers' Union (USL).
By virtue of the agreement signed between the General Directorate of the Civil Service and our University, a reduced registration fee is also foreseen, determined in €860,00= total (to which €20,00 of practice fee and €15,00 of qualification achievement fee must be added), for all employees of the Sammarinese Public AdministrationIn this case, registration can be completed by Thursday, December 11, 2025, according to the procedures indicated in the admission notice.
After completing the registration process and before making the payment, you will need to confirm your status as a public employee by email to segreteriastudenti@unirsm.sm to receive the payment slip with the discounted amount.
The entry fee for the individual modules amounts to €100,00=/module, to be paid according to the timeframes and methods indicated by the course.
I employees of the Sammarinese Public Administration Under the aforementioned agreement, students have the opportunity to access three free lessons of their choice, in addition to the one entitled "The Framework Agreement. The Vision of the EU," organized in collaboration with the European Commission, scheduled for May 15, 2026.
Registration can be done via the online counter (esse4) at least 10 days before the lesson date.

How to pay
The payment slip (Bollettino Freccia) is the recommended method of payment, along with the online payment by credit card. It is a special type of payment slip designed for the automatic registration of the payment; with this method there is no need to present the payment receipt to the Student Administration Office. Payment by bank transfer is not accepted.
The payment slip (Bollettino Freccia) can be paid at any bank and at authorized payment centers that operate through Banca ITB S.p.A.
Installments must be paid within the established deadlines: awareness of the deadlines and the printing of the payment slip through the on-line desk page are responsibility of the interested parties. Deadlines remain the same each year, therefore, if one or more deadlines fall on a public holiday, payments made on the day after the deadline will still be automatically subject to a late payment interest.
On average, it takes 15 days for the payment, once made, to be registered by the Student Administration Office: before this period the student is not considered "up to date with tuition payments"; therefore, if a student needs to be up to date with payments (for example, to obtain a certificate or to register for an exam) they must ensure that the payment is made well in advance.
Please note that the administrative status remains pending until the automatic confirmation of the payment is verified through the banking system (a process which, although fast, is not immediate).
Students who are not up-to-date with their installment payments will not be able to obtain any enrollment certificate, register exams or carry out any academic activites.
