The registration fee for the participants in the Course as students is €600,00 divided as follows:
- €300,00= to be paid upon enrollment and no later than September 21, 2026;
- €315,00= (including a €15,00 fee for obtaining the qualification) to be paid by March 31, 2027.
The registration fee for participants in the Course as auditors (max 5) is €600,00= total, to be paid in a single installment upon registration, by September 21, 2026. A €15,00 fee is due for the issue of the certificate of participation.
A reduced fee of €300,00= is available for PhD students or PhDs in “Historical Sciences” UNIRSM, PhD students or PhDs in “Texts, Traditions and Book Cultures. Italian and Romance Studies” SSM* and in “Archaeology and Cultures of the Ancient Mediterranean” SSM*, to be paid in a single installment upon registration, by September 21, 2026.
The above mentioned students will also have to pay the €15,00= fee for obtaining the qualification by March 31, 2027.
NB: PhD students only include those currently studying. PhDs are those who earned their degree within the previous three years only.
*PhD students are required to submit a certificate of enrollment or qualification achievement.
The university fee for students and auditors for individual modules is €100,00=/module, to be paid according to the deadlines and methods indicated by thecourse page (altaformazione@unirsm.sm).

How to pay
The payment slip (Bollettino Freccia) is the recommended form of payment, along with the online payment by credit card. It is a special type of payment slip designed for the automatic registration of the payment; with this method there is no need to show the payment receipt to the Students Administration Office. Payment by bank transfer is not permitted.
The payment slip (Bollettino Freccia) can be paid at any bank and at authorized payment centers that operate through Banca ITB S.p.A.
Installments must be paid within the established deadlines: awareness of the deadlines and the printing of the payment slip through the on-line desk page are responsibility of the interested parties.
If deadlines fall on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, they are automatically postponed to midnight of the next working day.
On average, it takes 15 days for the payment once made, to be registered by the Student Administration Office: before this period the student is not considered "up to date with tuition payments"; therefore, if a student needs to be up to date with payments (for example, to obtain a certificate or to register for an exam) they must ensure that the payment is made well in advance.
Please note that the administrative status remains pending until the automatic confirmation of the payment is verified through the banking system (a process which, although fast, is not immediate).
