Graduation sessions and deadlines

Starting from the a.y 2024/2025, the degree completion procedure has been completely digitalised and can be carried out exclusively through the Esse 3 online desk page. The procedure is divided into two phases:

  • 1st phase – Submission of the graduation application
In this phase, you must register for the desired graduation session. The procedure has strict deadlines and you will be asked to upload some mandatory documents, so it is advisable to start well in advance to prepare the attachments indicated on the pages of each degree program. You will be asked to indicate a supervisor (at least the primary supervisor), the thesis title (not definitive), and any exams not yet recorded or still to be taken.
  • 2nd phase – Submission of the final thesis and approval by the supervisor
In this phase, the student – accessing the degree completion procedure again – must upload the final thesis in digital format, which will be subject to approval or rejection by the supervisor. It is therefore advisable to proceed well in advance, to allow the supervisor to approve the thesis within the deadline. It will no longer be necessary to submit paper copies to the Student Office.

Each Degree Course may however directly request graduates to submit any materials useful for the final discussion (paper theses, posters, boards, exhibition panels, etc.).
