Documents for graduation

In order to graduate in one of the sessions indicated above, the following documents must be presented to the Student Secretariat:

  • completed graduation application via websites, printed and signed (the revenue stamp must not be affixed to the form);
  • personal data verification form duly completed certifying effective postal address and any exams not registered and/or to be taken;
  • thesis application signed by the supervisor;
  • payment receipt of the payment of €70,00 for the cost of the degree certificate;
  • photocopies of the paper university transcript (only the title page and pages with the exams – if present – ​​and only if received at the time of enrolment);
  • privacy information for thesis and degree, completed and signed;

The consultation form will then be delivered together with the final thesis (it can be inserted as the last page of the thesis).

The application will be valid only for the session to which it refers. At the end of the session, the student who has not obtained the qualification, in order to maintain the status of graduating student, must cancel it and resubmit it for the next session. The payment already made of the diploma fee remains valid.
