Accessibility and costs:

The Master is mostly addressed to surgeons, anaesthesiologists, geriatricians and nurses. Medical directors who have responsibilities in the management of surgical facilities for the elderly are also welcomed.

A full Medicine degree is requested to access to the course.

Candidates who have obtained a foreign degree must go to the Italian Diplomatic Representation in the country where they obtained the degree and request the Declaration of Value and the Legalized Translation of their degree.

Registration must be completed exclusively between 1 June 2021 and 30 November 2021

Master fees are 3000 Euros.

The candidate admitted to the Master must pay the first installment of € 1800.00 by 15 December 2021.

The second installment of € 1200.00 must be paid by 30 June 2022.

Admission procedures to 1st and 2nd level Masters related to higher education of the Department of Economics, Science and Law (DESD) and the San Marino Legal Institute for the 2021/2022 academic year 

 

Art 2.

ADMISSION TO THE MASTER

 

2.  All masters are programmed access. The maximum number of places available for the 2021/2022 academic year is 30 people

3. Registration must be completed exclusively between 1 June 2021 and 30 November 2021

Art. 3

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

 

Can access the Level II Master in Perioperative Medicine for the Elderly: Italian citizens, San Marino citizens and other countries with a degree in Medicine and Surgery, Master's Degree in Nursing Sciences, issued by a legally recognized university.

 

The qualification required, to constitute a valid qualification for admission, must be obtained by December 2021, under penalty of exclusion.

 

Candidates who have obtained a foreign degree must go to the Italian Diplomatic Representation in the country where they obtained the degree and request the Declaration of Value and the Legalized Translation of their degree.

 

The participation of Auditors is allowed, where applicable, whose enrollments may be within the maximum limit set by the individual course, even non-graduates, but with at least 5 years of certified professional experience in the sector. The relevance for the sector and the professional experience certified by the candidates will be established by the Masters Jury.

 

Those interested in participating in the Master as Auditors can contact the Student Secretariat directly (ms.msrinu@itnedutsaireterges‎), which will communicate directly to them the acceptance of the request. The times and methods of registration and payment of the participation fee for the master, the amount of which is indicated in the single master form attached to this announcement, will be communicated by the Student Secretariat. It is also possible to register for the individual modules by following the instructions available on the website on the pages dedicated to the course. The cost is indicated in the single master form attached to this announcement.

Art. 4

DELIVERY / SENDING DOCUMENTS

 

After registering and paying, the candidate must send the following documentation by e-mail to the address ms.msrinu@itnedutsaireterges‎ of the Secretariat and Student Services of the University, specifying in the subject:

The Administration assumes no responsibility for the dispersion of communications resulting from incorrect indication of the address by the competitor or from failure or late communication of the change of address indicated in the online registration, nor for any postal or telegraphic errors or in any case attributable to a third party, fortuitous event or force majeure.

 

All candidates are admitted to the selection procedures referred to in the following art. 4 with reservation: the administration will subsequently exclude candidates who are not in possession of the admission qualifications provided for in this announcement or the provisions of Article 2 of this Announcement.

 

Art. 5

SELECTION PROCEDURES AND RELATIVE CALENDAR

 

There is no admission test. Admission to the Master is subject to a positive judgment made by the Commission of selection following the evaluation of the candidate's academic career, qualifications and experience.

 

The Commission of selection is appointed with the Deed of the Director of the DESD Department upon proposal by the Scientific Council. The Commission's judgment is unquestionable.

The person in charge of the selection procedure is identified in the person of the Director of the Master.

 

Admission to the II level Master in Perioperative Medicine of the Elderly, for non-Italian mother tongue candidates, is subject to the positive evaluation of the scientific managers of the individual masters through the examination of the Curriculum vitae and relational exchanges (email or streaming ) between the scientific managers and the aspiring students, as well as the possibility of providing and enjoying teaching in English.

Art. 6

ADMISSION

 

Those who, in relation to the number of places available, have placed themselves in a useful position in the list of admitted students compiled on the basis of the evaluation made by the Commission will be admitted to the Master.

In case of ex-aequo, the one who obtained the highest score in the Degree Diploma precedes; in the event of further equality, the younger candidate by birth precedes.

The list of admitted candidates, [...] The Secretariat will not notify candidates of any communication regarding [...] the admission selection.

 

Art.7

SUBSCRIPTION FEE

 

The candidate admitted to the Master must pay the first installment of € 1800.00 by 15 December 2021.

 

The second installment of € 1200.00 must be paid by 30 June 2022.

 

There is a 20% reduction in the total amount for graduates from UNIRSM, UNI FERRARA, CATTOLICA SACRO CUORE.

 

The registration fee for Auditors is € 3000.00 to be paid upon enrollment by 15 December 2021.

 

The registration fee for the individual modules is € 300.00, to be paid upon confirmation of participation and in any case within at least ten days prior to the date of participation.

Art.8

ENROLLMENT

 

Candidates admitted on the basis of the lists presented, according to the deadlines indicated in the individual master forms, complete the enrollment procedure through the online desk and send the following documentation by email or certified email to the Student Secretariat (or) specifying in the subject :

“MMPER/21 – Surname, name and pre-registration number”

 

• printed and duly signed enrollment application;

• receipt of payment of the 1st installment of the registration fee;

• n. 1 digital passport-sized photograph;

• double-sided copy of a valid identity document, signed.

Payment of the enrollment fee does not constitute definitive enrollment: this must be completed by the Student Secretariat only after receipt of the specific enrollment application and the necessary documents, within the peremptory deadline set.

Otherwise, the admitted candidate loses the right to enroll, the justification of the delay being of no relevance.

 

At the end of the admission assessments, the Secretariat will verify the administrative documentation and will arrange for the final enrollment of all candidates on the list.

 

Applications with incomplete documentation will not be accepted.

 

The Master will not be activated if a sufficient number is not reached to guarantee self-financing.

 

The refund of the 1st installment of the registration fee will take place only in the case of non-activation and exclusion due to lack of requirements. Return methods and times will be communicated directly to the interested parties.

Once the minimum number of registrations has been guaranteed and if places remain available at the end of the terms and until the beginning of the educational activities, further registrations will be allowed until the maximum number is reached. A fine of € 104.00 will be added to the registration fee. The new candidates will still be subjected to the evaluation provided for in art. 5.

Art. 8

FREQUENCY, RENUNCIATION OF THE FINAL EXAM

The student is required to respect the frequency of the training activities in the percentages provided. No suspension or interruption of attendance at the Course is permitted, with the exception of the cases provided for by the Student Regulations - Article 12

 

The resignation of the student, the lack of attendance or absence, for any reason, exceeding the limit of the established frequency, as well as the removal from the course for any reason, lead to forfeiture from the course itself.

Art. 9

INCOMPATIBILITY

It is not possible to enroll at several university courses at the same time, even in different universities.
