- Extended short paper submission deadline: October 11th, 2025: short paper (4 – 6 pages) submission, only for those who wish to be published in the conference Book of short papers (with DOI and ISSN).
- Extended abstract submission deadline: June 30th, 2025
- May 31st, 2025: abstract submission (max 300 words).
- July 31st, 2025: early bird reduced accreditation fees (see below).
- From August 1st, 2025: regular accreditation fees (20 euros on top of the pertinent early bird fee).
Accreditation fees are requested to at least one of the authors of each contribution (abstract and/or short paper) and for any participant to the conference.
