Conference deadlines
- May 31st, 2025: abstract submission (max 300 words).
- July 31st, 2025: early bird reduced accreditation fees (see below).
- From August 1st, 2025: regular accreditation fees (20 euros on top of the pertinent early bird fee).
- September 20th, 2025: short paper (4 – 6 pages) submission, only for those who wish to be published in the conference Book of short papers (with DOI and ISSN).
Accreditation fees are requested to at least one of the authors of each contribution (abstract and/or short paper) and for any participant to the conference.
A registration fee is required for each accepted work
