Domenico Berdicchia è Professore Associato di Organizzazione Aziendale presso il Dipartimento di Economia e Management dell’Università di Ferrara, dove insegna in corsi di laurea triennale e magistrale Organizzazione e Gestione delle Risorse Umane e Organizzazione aziendale. E’ Coordinatore del Corso di Laurea Magistrale in Economia e Management per la Creazione del Valore. Ha partecipato a numerosi progetti di ricerca sia a livello nazionale che internazionale. I suoi lavori sono stati presentati in diverse conferenze internazionali (come l’Academy of Management Conference, EGOS, EURAM) e pubblicati su riviste scientifiche nazionali e internazionali (come Journal of Managerial Psychology, Management Research Review, Review of Managerial Science, Human Performance, Personnel Review, Journal of Management & Organization). I suoi interessi di ricerca riguardano l’organizzazione del lavoro, la proattività, il job crafting, la leadership e la gestione delle risorse umane.
